  Tiny and always packed no matter what time you go. If someone is using the leg press you can't use the preacher curl bench cause its so cramped in there. I walk two minutes to this gym and I'm considering changing back to plus fitness Hazelbrook and just driving 10 minutes every day cause its so bad. I hate it !

  Awesome facilities, very new and clean, also everyone is pretty freindly. A smaller gym but well equipped

  So far the only A/F branch that I know of that has the Music Audio Stand-Up kiosk system to choose your own music to be played throughout the whole gym when there's no queing of other peoples tracks!!! :) AAA+++
